About

A small practice for noisy release weeks

Release Canvas Hub exists for one job: release impact measurement after version updates. We help teams in Malaysia and the wider region decide whether a shipped version helped, harmed, or simply coincided with the calendar.

Collaborators talking through release findings

Origin

The practice started in Shah Alam after too many release meetings where crash charts, marketing spikes, and store ratings were treated as interchangeable evidence. We formed Release Canvas Hub to give product and engineering a quieter room: agree the question, respect the observation window, and write the decision in sentences.

How we work

We borrow habits from audit work more than from growth marketing. Baselines are written down. Confounders are named. If instrumentation cannot support a claim, we stop rather than decorate. Clients keep their existing analytics stack; we do not require a migration to work with us.
