Last updated: 18 August 2026. These terms govern use of the website releasecanvashub.digital and professional engagements with Release Canvas Hub (“we”, “us”).

Acceptance

By browsing this site or confirming a paid assessment, you agree to these terms. If you arrange work on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

Services

We provide consulting assessments related to release impact measurement after version updates, including baselines, staged rollout readouts, and facilitated retrospectives. Descriptions on this site are informational. The statement of work or email confirmation for each engagement defines deliverables, fees, and timelines.

No software licence

Engagements do not include software licences, hosted analytics products, or payment processing. Pricing pages do not constitute an offer to sell digital goods.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of release notes, lawful access to analytics exports, and decisions taken after our readout. Delays in providing agreed materials may extend timelines.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data, release materials, and internal documents. Written briefs and templates we create for your engagement are licensed to you for internal use. Our public articles, site design, and brand assets remain our property.

Confidentiality

Both parties will treat non-public product and analytics information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue following a release decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
