Cookies Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026. This page explains how releasecanvashub.digital uses cookies and similar storage. For broader data practices, see our privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local storage keys may also remember preferences such as cookie consent. They help the site remember choices and, if you allow, understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
Essential cookies (and essential local storage) keep basic functions working, including remembering your Accept or Reject choice. Analytics cookies load only after Accept and help us see aggregate page traffic. Rejecting analytics does not block browsing, forms, or reading about release impact measurement after version updates.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| releasecanvashub_cookie_consent | Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies | 1 year (localStorage) | Release Canvas Hub |
| _rc_session | Maintains basic session integrity for form posts during a visit | Session | Release Canvas Hub |
| _rc_analytics | Optional aggregate page-view measurement | 6 months | Release Canvas Hub (first-party) |
Managing cookies
Use the banner choices on first visit. You can clear site data in your browser to reset consent. Browser settings also let you block or delete cookies. Disabling essential storage may reset your consent prompt on each visit but will not remove site content.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can expose your IP to Google. We do not load third-party advertising cookies. If we add a third-party analytics vendor later, this table will be updated before activation.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting optional analytics simply means we will not record optional usage metrics. Assessments, contact forms, and reading materials remain available.
