Common questions
Do you charge monthly retainers?
Not by default. Most clients book per release window. If you ship on a fixed cadence, ask about a multi-release package after one completed assessment.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — fifty percent to reserve the observation window, balance on delivery of the written brief. See our refund policy for timing rules.
