Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026. This policy applies to paid consulting engagements with Release Canvas Hub for release impact measurement after version updates. It does not cover physical products or software subscriptions because we do not sell them.

Deposit

A fifty percent deposit reserves your observation window or facilitation slot. The balance is due on delivery of the written brief or completion of the facilitated session.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control, or if you cancel in writing more than ten business days before the agreed observation start date (or session date for retrospectives) and we have not begun substantive analysis.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between five and ten business days before the start date, we may retain up to fifty percent of the deposit to cover preparation already completed. Cancellations inside five business days are generally non-refundable for the deposit once baseline documents have been drafted.

Non-refundable items

• Completed written briefs and delivered readout sessions
• Work already started on analysis after you provided agreed exports
• Third-party room hire booked at your request for on-site facilitation

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least five business days’ notice and a new window is available within sixty days. Further reschedules may require a rebooking fee of MYR 400.

No-shows

If key stakeholders miss a scheduled readout without twenty-four hours’ notice, the session is treated as delivered. A replacement slot may be offered at half the facilitation rate.

Refund process and timing

Email info@releasecanvashub.digital with the engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.

Exceptions

If instrumentation gaps discovered during intake make the agreed question unmeasurable, we will propose a reduced scope or a full refund of unused fees rather than invent findings.
